Special Exhibit

The Bachelor Machine

Blair Robins, The Money Supply Project

Blair Robins is an artist and graphic designer based in Toronto, Canada. This year Robins has completed a project called The Money Supply, a series of prints and engravings which takes for its subject the banknote as an object of beauty and deep significance. The prints in this series were created with the assistance of computer software dedicated to banknote design, specifically the design of guilloche patterns which have ornamented and protected banknotes since the earliest letterpress notes.

Banknote 2008 is pleased to sponsor this exhibit of pieces from The Money Supply collection and the Artist, Blair Robins, at the Conference!
